Character Macaron Advanced Class

Will be scheduled upon request of students who have made character macarons (preferably with Swiss meringue method) before. Please contact thru my e-mail (meowvelous.paws@gmail.com) or mobile to check availability with your preferred dates (weekdays or weekend) / time.

- Macaron lovers who wants to improve their character macaron skills (with complicated design with layers and details) and make macarons with own designs in the future
Hours / Sessions / Cost
- 1 day, 5 hours
- This class is a hands-on private session with maximum 2 attendees. Below are the costs based on the number of attendees:
- $290 for a 1-person hands-on class
- $450 for a 2-person hands-on class

What you should bring
- Passion
- Basic skills / knowledge of character macarons
- All tools/ingredients/packaging materials/apron will be provided
What you will get
- Learn how to bake macarons with complex designs
- 24 character macarons (per person) THAT YOU WILL MAKE
- Templates with 4 designs with details / layers will be provided during class and you can choose which template set you will pipe.
Cancellation and Changes
- We require at least 14 calendar days' prior notice for all cancellation or change of date requests; For example, if your class is scheduled for July 15, your last day to cancel or request a date change is July 1.
- Please e-mail your cancellation or change of date request to meowvelous.paws@gmail.com. If you notify us about your cancellation/change of date request within 14 days of your class, we cannot offer you a refund or guarantee changes. However, you are welcome to send someone else in your place or I can send you recipes & class materials thru e-mail.
